Booking & Appointments
We prioritize scheduled appointments, but if we have availability, we're happy to accommodate walk-ins.
Our top priority is our client's safety and the environment we provide for our services. While we love to see your minis, we, unfortunately, lack the space & capabilities to provide care for young children while your services are being provided. Children can not be left unattended in the reception area and will not be able to accompany them on the salon floor for the safety of our staff & our clients. If possible, please plan to come alone to your appointments, specifically your color services.
A: Your card information secures your booking and supports our cancellation policy, ensuring fair access to our services for all clients.
Your appointment is important to us and is reserved especially for you. We require a 48-hour notice to cancel appointments. Cancellations can be made through our online booking system or by contacting the salon directly. For cancellations with less than 48-hour notice, a fee of 50% of the scheduled service's price will be charged to the credit or debit card on file. In case of an emergency after hours, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Yes, we offer store credit or exchanges within 14 days, excluding earrings and hair products.
Please contact us within 7 days for any service adjustments.
At Tiger Lily Beauty Co., we understand that plans can change. We kindly ask that you provide us with a 48-hour notice if you need to adjust your appointment. An adjustment is considered any change to the duration or nature of the originally booked service. For example, changing from a color service with a haircut to a haircut only on the day of the appointment is an adjustment. Please note, in such cases, the full amount of the originally booked service will be charged. To make an adjustment, please contact us via our online booking system or call/text us at (864) 305-8750 during business hours.
We hope to never miss the opportunity to serve you, but if you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service's price. Following a no-show, all future appointments must be prepaid in full, and online booking privileges will be suspended; appointments will need to be made over the phone.
